The Clicks by Link report shows the number of unique clicks for each link in an email for a given date range. The report shows all of the links clicked in the email in descending order by the highest number of unique clicks. To view a Clicks by Link report:
- Go to Analytics > Clicks by Link
- Select a type of email, Single Email Level, Email Series Level, or Automation Level
- Select a specific email
You will see the Clicks by Link report for that email.
The report does not count multiple clicks from the same person.
Unique Clicks
The total number of unique clicks of a link in the specified email type. Multiple clicks by the same person for the same link do not attribute to the report.
CTR
Click-through rate (CTR) reports the percentage rate at which people who received the email clicked a link. This is calculated as the number of unique link clicks divided by the total number of people that received the email.
Apply Tag
From the Clicks by Link report, you can apply a tag to every person that clicked a link to see who clicked on a specific link. If the tag is already applied to a person, no further action is taken. To apply a tag:
- Click Apply a tag
- Type in a tag name
- Click Apply
The tag will be applied to the people who clicked on that link. View the people with the tag on the People page.
Select a Date Range
The date range determines the length of time to show analytics on the dashboard. Use the calendar to select a date range for the report. When you run a new report, the date range defaults to show the past 30 days.
To select a date range:
- Click the date range drop-down
- Select a start date
- Select an end date
- Click Apply
Once a new date range is applied, the report refreshes with analytics for the given date range.
