Integrate your store with one of Shopify’s most popular review apps. With Judge.me, you can sync your reviews directly to Drip and build personalized follow-up messages based on direct customer feedback.

On Shopify, these values are nestled in the Judge.me Reviews > Settings:
- On Shopify’s side menu, navigate to the Apps tab
- Under Judge.me click Settings
- From the side menu, click on Integrations
-
Click View API Token
- Here you will find the three values you will need for the Drip Integration page:
With those values ready, let’s go back to (your Drip account)[https://www.getdrip.com/dashboard]:
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Judge.me and add the three values from Judge.me to the appropriate fields
- Click Connect to begin the syncing process.
You’re all set! As part of the integration, historical reviews will be added to the account upon syncing. Moving forward, Judge.me reviews will sync to existing profiles or create new profiles based on new reviews.
Data passed into Drip
The Judge.me integration uses webhooks, ensuring review updates are sent to Drip in near-real time. This means you can trigger Drip workflows and rules closer to the time a person submitted feedback.
“Left a Review” Event
When a person submits a review to Judge.me, the details of that review are packaged and sent to Drip as a “Left a review” event. This event includes details such as:
- rating: The score submitted by customer
- body: Review comments
-
verified: A measure set by judge.me to verify a real buyer.
- For more on how a review becomes verified, view these requirements.
- product_title: Name of the product reviewed
When the “Left a Review” event is used as a Workflow or Rule trigger, the event properties can be used to dynamically set values for custom fields and tags, or used in one-off emails within Workflows or Rules.
For more on how you can use the values sent to Drip through a Custom Event, view Call Event Properties with Liquid.
