Add Custom Events to a person from their profile. When a Custom Event is added directly to a person, the event records only for that individual person and no other people on your list are affected.
To add a Custom Event:

Click People

Search for the person’s email address using the Search by email search bar

From the person’s profile, select the three dots in the upper right:

Click Add Custom Event

Enter the event name (required) and properties (optional)

Click Insert Event
