Predefined Events are events that record when something specific happens in Drip, such as when a Tag is applied to a person, a person clicks a link in an email, or when someone submits a form.
Here are just a few things you can track with Drip’s predefined Events:

Below is a list of predefined events:
Became a lead
Records when a person's Lead Threshold is met as configured in your Lead Scoring settings.
Became a non-prospect
Records when a person's lead score drops below the Initial Score as configured in your Lead Scoring settings.
Became a potential lead
Records when a person becomes a potential lead. Lead Scoring must be enabled and is a legacy feature.
Bounced
Records when a hard bounce is recorded for one of your emails.
Clicked a link
Records when a person clicks a link in an email or on your website.
Clicked a trigger link
Records when a person clicks a trigger link in an email or on your website.
Completed an email series
Records when a person has completed an Email Series Campaign.
Completed a workflow
Records when a person exits a workflow through an Exit node.
Confirmed a form submission
Records when a person confirms their subscription after submitting a form.
Issued a spam complaint
Records when a person issues a spam complaint against one of your emails.
Marked as undeliverable
Records when someone's email address records a hard bounce, or when a spam complaint is issued against one of your emails.
Opened an email
Records when a person opens an email.
Received an email
Can be used as a trigger when a person receives an email. This event can trigger automation in Workflows but is not compatible with Rules. This event can only be used as a trigger, not in segmentation.
Removed a tag
Records when a Tag is removed from a person.
Removed from an email series
Records when a person is removed from an email series campaign. This will happen when a person unsubscribes from the email series, or when the person achieves a Goal in a workflow.
Removed from a workflow
Records when a person is removed from a workflow. This happens when a person unsubscribes from all mailings.
Replied to an email
Records when a person replies to a Drip email. Reply Tracking must be enabled and is a legacy feature.
Started a workflow
Records when a person enters into a workflow.
Submitted a form
Records when a person submits a Legacy Drip Form or Onsite Campaign.
Subscribed to an email series
Records when a person becomes subscribed to an email series campaign.
Subscriber created
Records when a new Person is created in your account. This event can trigger automation in Workflows, but is not compatible in Rules.
Unsubscribed from an email series
Records when a person becomes unsubscribed from an email series campaign.
Unsubscribed from all mailings
Records when a person becomes unsubscribed from your list.
Updated a custom field
Records when a custom field becomes updated for a person.
Updated an alias
Records when the user_id for a person becomes updated. You can set a person's user_id using the REST API.
Updated email address
Records when a person's email address becomes updated.
Updated time zone
Records when a person's time zone becomes updated.
Visited a page
Records when an identified person visits a web page.
