Edit Custom Fields

Custom Field Identifiers can be edited from your account. When a Custom Field Identifier is edited, it's updated for any person that has the Custom Field set. Updating a Custom Field Identifier does not affect the Value of the Custom Field.

To edit a Custom Field:

1. Click People

2. Click Custom Fields

3. Locate the field to edit

4. To the far right of the field name, click Edit

5. Update the Field Identifier

6. Click Submit

Show/Hide Custom Fields on Subscription Page

Allow people to edit selected Custom Fields from the Subscription Management page by enabling the “Allow person to edit” option:

1. Navigate to People > Custom fields. 
2. Under the Profile or Custom Fields section, click on ••• to open the option to make “Allow person to edit” option
   • If it is already added to the Subscription Management page, you will find the Editable tag next to it.
