Adding a description to your Workflow is a great way to communicate a Workflow's intent. Couple that with the ability to add Notes to your Workflow Nodes, and you can map out your complete Workflow’s strategy to your team or whoever you share your Workflow template with.
Duplicating or sharing your Workflow will also copy over any Notes applied to the nodes.
Add a Note
Notes can be added to any Trigger, Action, Decision, Goal, Delay, Split Test, or Exit.
- Click on the Note Icon to open the Note board.
- Start typing to add a Note for the first time.
- To edit an existing note, click Edit to update the note.
- Click Save to retain the Note.
- When editing is finished, the author and the last edited date will be updated.
- When a Note is applied to a Node, it is indicated by a dark Note Icon
Delete a Note
- Click the Note icon
- Click Edit
- Click Delete to instantly remove the Note
