Integration Required
- These templates require an active integration with Judge.me, a popular review app on Shopify. For more on how to set that up, check out our Judge.me Integration article.

The Trigger:
- Once connected, Judge.me automatically passes customer reviews over to Drip as a Left a Review event used in these Workflow Triggers.
- Drip uses the rating from that event to pull people into the related workflow.
Activate Workflow
Install our pre-built Workflows below, or build your own. Our pre-built Workflow includes defined triggers based on the Rating provided within the Left a Review Event, recommended Delay, and an Email action to start:
Configure your Workflow
Define your Triggers
- Currently, the workflow defines a positive, neutral, and negative review as follows:
- Positive: Review score of 4 or 5
- Neutral: Review score of 3
- Negative: Review score of 1 or 2
- You can edit the Define Filters section in your Trigger to better define the Rating scores to match your targeted audience:
Action: Record a Custom Event
- This optional step creates a custom Event relevant to the Positive, Neutral, or Negative Workflow someone entered.

For Example: in the Positive Review workflow, the Action "Record a person's custom event" would name the event “Left a Positive Review”:

- The recorded event can then be used in segmentation, where you can filter by relative date or number of times the event was performed:
Edit Email Content
The idea behind these emails is to connect with your customers based on their direct feedback.
Our email templates include potential communication goals and example text you can use as a starting point for each email template!
- Edit the content of these emails to do things such as:
- Automatically thank your five-star advocates
- Recover unhappy customers before they churn
- Seize the opportunity to cross-sell and introduce customers to other products that may interest them based on their review.
- Use Liquid and Custom Fields to personalize the message in a way that is relevant to your customer.
- Note: You can include information provided in the Left a Review event by Calling Event Properties with Liquid
