Currently, the Travel & Hospitality templates are compatible with both the Shopify and Woocommerce integration.

Before you get started
- Navigate to Workflow > Templates. Use the drop-down menu to find the appropriate category or type “travel & hospitality” into the search field.
- For all templates, we include a guide within each email node to give you an idea of what to include in your emails.
- Some of the workflows will require minor configuring on your end. Be sure to check out the Overview below to ensure your workflows function as expected.
Overview of the Templates
Travel & Hospitality: Lead Magnet Delivery

Purpose:
- Offer site visitors a lead magnet after they provide you with their email address to generate more leads.

Function:
- Via email, deliver a lead magnet to customers triggered by the submission of any Onsite form or a specific Onsite form.

Before you get started:
- Be sure to set up your trigger! By default, the trigger is not set up with any form or Onsite Campaign. You can select a specific Onsite Campaign/Form or choose to have any submission trigger the Workflow.
- Set up your Decision. You will need to manually edit the Decision to refer to the same automation’s email
Travel & Hospitality: New Subscriber Welcome Series

Purpose:
- Introduce new subscribers to your company by showing off your most popular tours and bookings, unique value propositions, and shiny 5-star customer reviews.

Function:
- Using the Subscriber Created event, any newly added person to your account will trigger this welcoming workflow.

Before you get started:
- Check the content of your emails! Within each email action, we provide suggestions for copy you can use, sometimes with instructions alongside them. Make sure you do not accidentally send that to subscribers.
Travel & Hospitality: Abandoned Cart

Purpose:
- Adding items to carts shows a strong interest in your product but only 25% of people will complete the purchase in their first sitting. With this Abandoned cart workflow, you can increase your revenue with this effective strategy.

Function:
- With Cart Events provided by your integration with Shopify or Woocommerce, you can trigger people who have added items to their cart. This template will handle the removal of people in the workflow who have completed the purchase via a Decision or Goal.

Travel & Hospitality: Abandoned Browse

Purpose:
- For those who view a booking or tour on your site without committing to a purchase or adding it to their cart. Nudge them to make that purchase with an abandoned browse email sequence.

Function:
- This workflow uses the Viewed a product event provided by the Shopify or WooCommerce integration as a trigger to re-introduce your visitors to their viewed booking or tour 24 hours later. If they purchase a booking or tour while active in the workflow, they will be removed from the workflow via a Goal.

Before you get started:
- The workflow’s Trigger is optimized to know exactly who should receive an abandoned browse email without feeling bombarded via the specific Trigger Filter.
Travel & Hospitality: Abandoned Browse - Category

Purpose:
- This workflow was built with your visitor’s interest in mind. The idea here is to take advantage of your visitor’s interest in a particular category of bookings or tours. For example, if someone is browsing trips in Europe you can use this workflow to follow up with an email containing more information about traveling in Europe and a link that takes them back to the page they were viewing!

Function:
- This workflow utilizes the “Visited a page” event for a specific page on your site.
- A Decision is in place to ensure someone has not made any recent purchases. This will help in ensure you are not overloading your subscribers with too many notifications/emails.
- Should they make a purchase while in the workflow, they will move to the Goal and exit out of the workflow.

Before you get started:
- This Workflow uses wildcards in the Trigger's URL. Be sure to include them in your own URL for the workflow to target the right category of booking or tour category and work as expected.
