This event fires when a customer is given a refund for their order.
A refund can be processed for an order when a Shopify account admin manually processes a refund.
When a refund is processed, this event gets recorded and displays on the person's profile. Click + to show more information about the event.
To automate with these events in a Workflow or Rule, set up a Trigger with the Refund created event.
