The new visitor condition lets you include or exclude your first-time visitors from seeing a specific Onsite pop-up.
This condition is ideal for greeting and guiding your new visitors in the right direction by sending them, for example, to your most popular products. On the other hand, you can show a summary of what’s new on your website to your returning visitors.
🤓 Note: We start identifying your new and returning visitors when you activate your first Onsite Pop-up and you have your Drip JavaScript snippet implemented on your site.
To add the new visitor targeting option to a form, go to the Display Settings step in your form Builder.
Switch the “New Visitor” option on and specify whether your form should show or hide from new visitors.
