The Product Library is a view into what products from your integrated store are synced to your Drip account. In addition to being able to audit your Drip product catalog to see what has or has not synced over, you can quickly override product information without the need to fully resync your store.
The Product Library will only display items if integrated with OMS, only available to Shopify, Woocommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, Fareharbor, Peek Pro, or our Shopper Activity API connected accounts.
Edit your Product Library
Make quick edits to the displayed price or even hide certain products from your current marketing emails without the need to first resync your complete integration.
Access your Product Library by navigating to Settings > Product Library.
Here you can:

Set Product Availability: Toggle whether or not a specific product should be available to be added to new emails. |

Edit Display Price: Change the displayed price whenever a product is added to emails.
|
|
|
Delete from Product Library: Remove the product from your product library until your store is resynced and the store’s data is restored. |
Please note: Any edits to the Product Library are forward-facing and will affect any newly made campaigns moving forward.
Resyncing your integration
It is important to remember this: Your Store is the source of truth.
Anytime you resync your integration, which includes refreshing your integrated Products or otherwise receiving any updated product data organically, the Product Library will adjust to match the data from your store.
However, you can resync different areas of your integration, such as Order History or Customers, without having to also resync your Products as well by navigating to the Settings > Integration page of your connected store.
