The Magento extension will no longer be available to new Drip customers on June 23rd, 2023.
Drip supports Magento accounts with multiple websites. You can sync everything to one Drip account or you can have one Drip account per website.
At this time, you cannot have each store or store view synced to its own Drip account.
Multi-site functionality is useful if you manage multiple websites in your Magento account. For example, if you manage different brands in Magento with separate websites, you can have one Drip account for each website.
We recommend keeping everything in one Drip account if you have shared customers, branding, or products across your websites. This way, you don’t need to duplicate any content or strategies.
If your sites are operated as completely separate brands, with different product catalogs, customers, and email templates, we recommend creating separate Drip accounts for each site. With separate Drip accounts, the data and reporting for each website will be kept distinct.
Website ID
If you run multiple websites in the same Magento account, you will need to specify the correct Website ID for each site during integration.
The Website ID ensures data from the correct website is reaching the correct Drip account. If you do not manage multiple websites in your Magento account leave this field blank.
Magento Store URL
Your store URL entered here will form the base URL used to make API requests to your store.
For example, in the picture above the Magento Store URL is “https://www.drip.com”. When Drip fetches a product from this account it will make the API request to
https://www.drip.com/rest/V1/products
