User Settings
Your User Settings give you access to update your individual login credentials, change your password, set your time zone, and find your API token.
To set up your user settings:

Go to Settings > User Settings

Set your preferred Email Address

Update your Password (or leave blank to use your current password). You can change your password here at any time

Insert your Full Name

Choose your Time Zone. This will have an impact on your account and is important to set up correctly

Choose your preferred Date Format
- Add a Mobile Phone Number if you use SMS for testing

Click Save
SMS is currently unavailable to new users. To be notified when it's available, please reach out to our support team.
Basic Email Settings
Your Basic Email Settings control the Identity Settings of the emails you send from Drip. To comply with CAN-SPAM regulations, be sure to include accurate and truthful information for these settings.
To set up your Basic Email Settings:

Go to Settings > Email Setup > Basic Email Settings
- Click Open to the right of Basic Email Settings

Add your Default "From" Name

Add your Default "From" Email
-
Enter your Default Postal Address
-
Enter in your default footer text
-
Click Save
General Info Settings
Your General Info Settings give you access to update the information that pertains to your account. The information in these settings can only be managed by account owners.
To set up your General Info Settings:

Go to Settings > Account

Enter your Account Name
-
Enter your Domain Name
-
Enter your Email Address
-
Enter your Phone Number
-
Select your Default Currency Symbol
-
Choose your Industry (optional)
-
Choose your Industry Subcategory (optional)

Access your Account ID
-
Click Save Settings
Your JavaScript Snippet
To find your JavaScript Snippet:

Go to Settings > Account > Site Setup

Click Open to the right of Site Setup
Add Members to Your Account
Your Members settings allow account owners and admins to send invites to allow others to have access to their Drip account. To add members to your Drip account:

Go to Settings > Account > Members
- Click Open to the right of Members
-
Enter the email address of the user you’d like to add to your account

Select their role (Admin or Contributor)

Click Send Invitation
Add Additional Accounts
To help you keep things organized, Drip allows you to create additional accounts under a single Drip subscription. This option allows you to have one subscription with more than one business and different domains.
You are not charged to create an additional Drip account under an existing subscription. Instead, you are charged for the total number of people in all the accounts you own.
To create an additional subaccount > click on your Account Name in the top right corner > click + Create New Account and enter the additional account details.
If you'd like to remove a subaccount in the future, simply navigate to Account > Delete Your Account.
Only Subscription owners can create new accounts and delete existing ones.
