What are subaccounts?
Subaccounts are separate Drip accounts that are accessible from one single login. Think of it as separate profiles under the same account.
If you have multiple stores or websites, you can add accounts to help keep those brands (and customers) separate. Doing so ensures you are sending relevant marketing emails to your customers depending on which account they’re in. Subaccounts are also useful if you want an active testing environment separate from your main account.
For added privacy and organization, you can choose to add admins or contributors to certain subaccounts and not others. More information on how to add members to your account can be found in the Member Roles article.
What does adding subaccounts cost?
Good news! Adding a subaccount to your Drip subscription will not cost you anything. Instead, your monthly cost will be based on the total number of Active people across all of your accounts.
How do I add a subaccount?
To create an additional account > click on your Account Name in the top right corner > click + Create New Account and enter the additional account details.
Only the subscription owner can create subaccounts. Admins or contributors will not have access to this option.
