Choosing the Email Builder Type

When you create an email, you have the option to select the Visual Builder or the HTML/Text Builder.

Single Email Campaign

To change your email builder preference for a new Single Email Campaign:

1. Click Campaigns > Single Email
2. Click the + New Single Email Campaign button
3. The Visual Builder is selected by default
4. Click create a text/HTML email to switch builders

Email Series Campaigns

To select your email builder preference for a new Email Series:

1. Click Campaigns > Email Series
2. Click + New Email Series
3. Click Create Email Series after you name it
4. Choose Start From Scratch and click Create Your First Email
5. Select which builder you would like to use

Automation Emails

To select your email builder preference for a new Automation email:

1. Create an Automation email with the Send an email to a person action
2. Select your preferred email builder
3. Click Update Action
