Only account owners can transfer the ownership of an account. If you only want to change ownership of one or some of the accounts under your subscription, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. The new owner will need their own subscription and to be an admin in the existing account with the same email address. We also need written consent from both the current and future account owners to transfer ownership and billing responsibility.
Transfer account owners:
- Go to Settings > Account > Members
- Click Change Owner
The new account owner must already be an admin of the account. Learn how to add and change members to your account.
- Select Make Owner next to the new owner, and we'll send you a confirmation email
- Click on the confirmation link in the email, and you’ll be redirected to a final confirmation page that lists the accounts being transferred
- Click Confirm on this page to complete the account transfer
The previous owner will now be an admin, and the new owner will receive a confirmation email. Billing will not change. To update your credit card details go to Settings > Billing > Billing Info.
