The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a regulation that sets the standard for the collection and processing of personal information and data of individuals within the 27 countries that make up the European Union.
We maintain ongoing efforts to ensure that we are as compliant with the regulation in the way we handle and process the data of our own customers (users of Drip) as possible, however due to how we currently store our data Drip as a platform is not fully complaint. We heavily encourage following all other standards set out by these regulations if you choose to continue to use Drip while operating in the EU.
We've also developed features for our customers to help you be compliant in the way you collect and process data in your account.

You should never assume that using our features alone makes your business fully compliant with the GDPR regulation. Always consult with a legal professional who is knowledgeable with the regulations, and who can help you implement best practices for your particular business model.
