A list of each account that is currently active under your subscription.
Plan
The level of your current Drip subscription.
Status
The status of your Drip subscription. There are 5 different subscription statuses.
- Active: Indicates that credit card details are up to date, and no payments are due.
- Delinquent: Indicates that you’ve had 4 failed payments in a row. We'll pause all automations, and you won't be able to send emails until payment is made.
- Once payment is made:
- All previously active Automations and Email Series will automatically be reactivated.
- Any previously scheduled Single Email Campaigns and Bulk Operations will need to be rescheduled.
- Once payment is made:
- Canceled: Indicates that the account is closed out. Canceled accounts can be reactivated for up to 6 months to restore old data.
- When reactivating a canceled subscription, please review your account as:
- Automations and Email Series will need to be reactivated. There will be a filter for "Paused by Drip" to identify previously Activated ones easily.
- Scheduled Single Email Campaigns and Bulk Operations will be pushed to Draft status and will need to be rescheduled.
- When reactivating a canceled subscription, please review your account as:
- Paywall: Indicates that we do not have credit card information for your account.
- Pending Cancelation: Indicates that the account will close out at its set expiration date (next billing date). You can still log in to your account to export data in this state. All automations will be paused once cancellation is finalized at the end of your billing period.
