The Broadcast Dashboard shows revenue and engagement metrics for Broadcasts broken down by the hour.
Unlike Workflows or Campaigns, the lifespan of a Broadcast is short-lived — most engagement with Broadcasts happens within the first 24 - 72 hours. The dashboard gives ecommerce brands a way to analyze those initial 72 hours, identify peak engagement times, and optimize their marketing strategies.
The dashboard provides the following analytics for a given timeframe:
- Total revenue earned by the broadcast
- The number of recipients
- Revenue per subscriber
- Average order value
- Open, click, and unsubscribe rates
View the Broadcast Dashboard
- Click Broadcasts
- From the Broadcasts page, find the broadcast you’d like to view
- Click on the name of the broadcast
