Drip offers integrations with many different third-party services, including ecommerce and digital payment processors, membership management, landing pages and forms, and many others providers.

What data gets sent to my Drip account when integrated with another provider's service?
The vast majority of integrations we provide are inbound integrations. That means that your account can receive data from other services you're using, but we won't transmit data back to those services.
For the most part, integration providers transmit data to your Drip account via custom events. Events record a specific type of occurrence or activity a subscriber takes in another service, like when someone purchases something from you on an online store.
Take an ecommerce provider like Shopify for example. They send a specific event over to Drip each time someone completes an order.
The best part about recorded events is that you can use them to trigger automation steps within your workflows and rules.
Here's an example of Shopify's Order created event triggering an action to tag any customer who completes an order on a Shopify store.
Can't find an integration for the third-party service you're using?
We're continually making an effort to provide as many integrations with Drip that we can. If you don't currently see a particular service you'd like to integrate your account with, there's a good chance Zapier will be able to handle that connection for you.
