Drip Source Tags, or DST for short, allow you to track the sources of your subscribers (Facebook ads, for example) and tag them accordingly in Drip with one simple modification to your links.
In order for DST to apply to a subscriber, the following criteria must be met:
- The subscriber who clicks the link must be an identified subscriber.
In setting up your DST, not that they work just like UTM codes. To turn a regular link into a DST, append the following to the end of your link URL:
www.example.com?dst=facebook would apply a “facebook” tag to any subscriber who clicks that link.
