Once we've notified you that your import has been approved, you'll need to go back into your bulk operation and re-schedule it to process.
To do that, complete the following steps.
- In your Drip account, go to Subscribers > Imports/Bulk Ops.
- There you'll see a list of your operations. Click the View button located to the right of the import operation you'd like to finalize.
- Click Next until you reach the third step.
- Click Schedule Operation to complete the list import.
How long does the approval process take?
Generally, the approval usually takes no more than a few hours. In some cases, we may need to contact you for further information which might result in the lengthening of the approval process. If you attempt an import over the weekend, the approval process can take up to 24 hours. Please take these factors into consideration when performing all time-sensitive imports.
