Save time by setting up your basic email defaults. These are the variables that will appear in your emails by default such as your postal address, “From” name, email footer and other defaults. Also, if you are using an international keyboard to draft up your emails, you will likely want to modify these settings to accommodate for languages other than English.
Note: Updating these settings will not update emails that have already been created or sent in your account up to that point.
Under Settings > Account you can set up your default postal address.
Be sure to enter a valid street or PO box address as required under the CAN-SPAM Act.
The default postal address is displayed in the email footer (which you will learn about further down in this article).
Go to Settings > Email Setup to set your email defaults:
From here, you can set your default from name and email address, along with your postal address and basic html footer.
