Install the workflow
To install this workflow in your account, simply click the “Install this workflow” button.
This workflow is great for in-person networking. Whether you are putting on an event, or you are attending a big conference, you might have a mobile device in hand ready to collect new leads.
It allows you to follow up with your new leads within the hour, or the next day. You can set up a Leadpage to collect the lead’s information and kick off the workflow.
When collecting their information, you’ll want to ask whether you should follow up with some email content in the next hour, or the next day.

Depending on the timeframe, the new contact will get an email campaign following up with them at the time they prefer.
You’ll notice that the email campaign already contain some swipe copy to save you a bit of time. The only thing you’ll need to do is replace any placeholder content, with your own. The placeholder content is contained within square brackets.
Once you have modified the email copy, go ahead and activate the campaign.
Now, go forth and collect some new leads!
