Add additional members to your Drip account with a few simple steps.
There are three levels of user permissions/user roles in Drip:
Account owners can do anything.
Account admins can do anything except cancel and create new accounts.
Account contributors can create and edit campaigns, broadcasts, and automation rules, but they do not have access to these account settings:
- advanced settings
- lead scoring
Creating new users
Go to Settings > Account > Members:
Select Members from the sidebar.
Send an invitation to the team member that you would like to have access to the account.
Once the invitee has accepted the invitation, they will appear along with any other current users that have access to the account.
You can allow/revoke these rights from your account contributors:
- Exporting subscribers
- Running bulk ops
- Pruning operations
- Sending broadcasts
To customize these settings, click the gear icon in the contributor’s column and check or uncheck each setting as needed.
