With Drip’s Facebook Custom Audiences (FCA) integration, you can easily add or remove your subscribers from individual audiences based on their behavior. You can even create new audiences on the fly from within your Drip account if you need to. Then, automate these actions in Workflows, Basic Rules, and Bulk Operations. Simply connect your Drip account to your Facebook account and start automating your Facebook marketing.

In this article:
In your Drip account, go to Settings > Integrations > Facebook Custom Audience integration.
Next, click the Authorize button.
Note: If you are already logged in to a Facebook account when you click the authorize button, Drip will automatically integrate with that account. If you would like to use a different Facebook account, make sure you are logged out of Facebook before clicking the authorize button.
You’ll notice that the Authorize button has now turned into a Remove button. Click that button if you ever need to remove that Facebook account from the integration.

The setup of the action is consistent with all features.
In the action editor, select Facebook from the first drop-down.
Then, select whether you would like to add or remove a subscriber to/from a custom audience.
complete the final steps in the action editor.
If you need to create a new audience, select the Create new audience option.
Give your new audience a descriptive name and click the Create Audience button.
Don't forget to click the Update Action button to complete the setup.
You can see your new audience was created in your Facebook Business account.
It may take up to 24 hours for your new audience to populate.
To add the FCA automation to your workflow, click the + icon and insert an action step.
Finally, edit the action as seen above.
Here’s a simple FCA automation example in a workflow.
Once a subscriber submits the form, they'll automatically get added to our New Leads custom audience and start receiving a campaign.
You also have the option of removing the subscriber from that same custom audience when they achieve a goal, like making a purchase in this case.
The action will now remove the subscriber from our New Leads audience when a subscriber completes an order.
In Basic Rules, you can use the FCA automation in the What actions should we perform (Step 2) step of the rule.
In Bulk Operations, you can use the FCA automation in the Automation Actions step (Step 2) of the operation.
